This year the HFO is participating in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Everyone and anyone is welcome to join the HFO team and walk the track with us to raise funds and build awareness of the cause. HFO Endowment Fund


The Heartland Festival Orchestra has reached a milestone.The Board recently voted to establish the HFO Endowment Fund as the result of a significant pledge to launch it by two long-time supporters: Sharon and John Amdall.

Consider joining them to ensure that the Orchestra is poised to last well into the future during good times as well as those inevitable down years.

Making The Rounds With HOI Harvest


This morning David Commanday did the rounds with Heart of Illinois Harvest. HOI Harvest transports surplus food to local agencies for free distribution to those in need on a daily basis. Our Saturday (Mar. 15th) concert, Vibrant Mendelssohn with Lara St. John, supports this great organization!
