The Heartland Festival Orchestra is a versatile and innovative orchestra composed of the finest professional musicians of Central Illinois. Each concert benefits a Community Partner - a local charity doing great work for our community. The Mission of the Heartland Festival Orchestra is to serve Peoria and the extended community of Central Illinois with the highest level of musical excellence, innovation, imagination, and community outreach.
